700 TB of data at a Big 4 accounting firm, and sanctions on the line. That was the starting point for one of our customers. Somewhere in that volume sat information the firm needed to find and contain. The data was analysed, categorised by what it held, and anything out of policy was quarantined. The firm avoided sanctions. What stays with us from that project is how ordinary the cause was. There was no attacker and no breach headline. There were years of data that had grown faster than anyone's ability to see inside it. Most enterprises have their own version of that 700 TB. The difference is whether they find it before someone else asks about it. How much of your data could you account for if a regulator asked this week? The full case study is in the first comment. #DataGovernance #Compliance

$6 million. That's the average cost of an AI-enabled breach in IBM's 2026 Cost of a Data Breach Report. One in four malicious breaches now falls in that group. The rest of the ledger, from the same report (602 organisations, March 2025 to February 2026) $4.99M: global average cost of a breach $6.3M: average breach in financial services 37%: breached organisations that encrypt sensitive data both at rest and in transit 34%: breached organisations that can see their own cryptographic assets 27%: attacks on AI models or apps that came through a compromised API, app or plug-in None of those lines is about the model. Each one describes data that was reachable or unencrypted long before an attacker pointed AI at it. AI shortened the time between finding that exposure and using it. So the first control sits under the attack: know which datasets hold sensitive information and who can reach them, before anyone else works it out. Which line in that ledger would your board ask about first? #CISO #DataSecurity #datadynamics

Some of the best customer obsession we’ve seen costs ₹12 a cup. Thank you to every chai wala keeping India’s offices running ☕ #Pune #ChaiTime #SmallBusiness
Every morning outside our office in Pune, there's a man who runs one of the most efficient businesses I know. No pitch deck. No funding round. Just a small cart, a dented steel kettle, and a line of people who come back every single day. Bhaiya has been making chai here is a work of art. Watch him for a minute and you'll see it: the ginger crushed fresh, the exact moment he pulls the pot off the flame, the pour from a height that somehow never spills. He remembers who likes it kadak and who wants less sugar. He knows when someone's had a rough day. That's product mastery. That's customer obsession. That's consistency at scale, one cup at a time. We talk a lot about entrepreneurship in boardrooms. But India's real entrepreneurial spirit is on its streets, in people who show up before sunrise, take full ownership of their craft, and build trust without a single marketing rupee. And honestly? When stressed and you feel the weight of the world on your shoulders, standing at that cart, holding a ₹12 cup of chai, taking a quiet sip between thoughts, brings a sense of joy and comfort that's hard to describe. To every chai wala keeping India's offices running: thank you. ☕ #Entrepreneurship #Pune #ChaiTime #SmallBusiness #India #Leadership

Celebrating 250 years of American independence at the U.S. Embassy in Amman 🇺🇸🇯🇴 Data Dynamics was proud to stand alongside some of the world's most recognized brands at the celebration. Partnerships endure for the same reasons nations do: trust, consistency, and doing the fundamentals right, year after year. Our CEO, Piyush Mehta, joined the evening on the ground — marking both a milestone in U.S.–Jordan relations and the kind of long-term relationships we work to earn every day. Grateful to the men and women of the U.S. military, whose service has safeguarded liberty and freedom for 250 years. Here's to the next 250 years. #DataDynamics #USEmbassyAmman #America250 #EnterpriseDataGovernance

Day 3 at GISEC GLOBAL 2026 — what a day! 🚀 A day filled with excitement, meaningful conversations, and an incredible sense of accomplishment for the entire Data Dynamics team. We started the morning with insightful discussions with H.E. Dr. Mohamed Alkuwaiti, Head of Cyber Security, UAE Government, and H.E. Amer Sharaf Alhashmi, CEO of Cyber Security Systems & Services Sector at the Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC) — conversations that reinforced the importance of collaboration, innovation, and building a secure and trusted digital future. The momentum continued on the GISEC Main Stage, where our CEO, Piyush Mehta, delivered a thought-leadership keynote: “Classify First, Access Follows — Governing Access with Intelligence.” A powerful message at a time when AI and agentic technologies are fundamentally changing how organizations think about data, access, privacy, and security. And then came a truly proud moment for all of us at Data Dynamics — being recognized for our contribution to the GISEC & Quantum Cyber Drill, with the award presented by H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti. 🏆 For the Data Dynamics team, this recognition represents more than an award. It reflects our commitment to contributing to a stronger cybersecurity ecosystem and to advancing the conversation around data intelligence, governance, privacy, sovereignty, and trusted AI. As GISEC 2026 comes to a close, one thing is clear: Today wasn’t the end of the conversation — it was the beginning. The discussions with customers, partners, government leaders, and cybersecurity pioneers will continue. The questions raised at GISEC will continue. And the opportunity to build a future where AI innovation is matched by data intelligence, security, privacy, and trust has never been more important. A huge thank you to the GISEC GLOBAL, Cyber Security Council, DESC, our customers, partners, and everyone who stopped by the Data Dynamics stand and shared their perspectives. And most importantly — proud of the entire Data Dynamics team. What we accomplished together over these three days is only the beginning. 🚀 The conversation continues. Day 2 at GISEC GLOBAL 2026 — and the conversations are getting deeper, more strategic, and more inspiring. The day opened with an insightful discussion featuring H.E. Dr. Mohamed Alkuwaiti, Head of Cyber Security, setting the tone for a powerful day of dialogue around the future of cybersecurity, AI and digital trust. This was followed by a thought-provoking panel under the theme: “Securing the AI Era: U.S.-U.A.E. Cooperation on Trusted AI and Cybersecurity.” The discussion brought together leading voices from across the ecosystem, including Hadi Anwar, CEO of CPX; Dr Aleksandar Valjarevic, Acting CEO of Help AG; Amr Kamel, General Manager of Microsoft U.A.E.; Dr. Abed Benaichouche, Ph.D, Co-founder & CEO of Open Innovation; and Dr. Bushra AlBlooshi, Executive Director of Cyber Security Governance & Risk Sector at the Dubai Electronic Security Center. What stood out throughout the day was not only the sophistication of the technologies being showcased, but the depth of collaboration and knowledge exchange taking place across the Middle East. At the Data Dynamics stand, conversations with customers, partners and security leaders from across the region reinforced a common direction: AI innovation can only scale sustainably when data governance, privacy, security and sovereignty scale with it. Data is becoming the foundation of every AI strategy - and governing that data is no longer simply a compliance exercise. It is becoming a strategic enabler of trusted AI and digital transformation. GISEC is demonstrating something particularly powerful: the Middle East is not simply adopting global cybersecurity innovation — the region is bringing together its own expertise, experience and strategic vision to shape the future of cybersecurity and trusted AI. Tomorrow, Data Dynamics CEO Piyush Mehta takes the Main Stage to explore exactly this with: “Classify First, Access Follows.” If you’re at GISEC, come meet us at Stand D88 and let’s continue the conversation around how organizations can unlock AI while protecting what matters most — their data. Agentic AI doesn't wait for permission. It acts. That's the problem most enterprises haven't solved yet — and it's what our CEO Piyush Mehta is unpacking on the Main Stage at GISEC GLOBAL 2026. Classify First. Access Follows: Governing access with intelligence. 18 September · 10:50–11:05 · Main Stage, Hall 6 Every enterprise now has to answer one question: is that action governed, or just assumed to be safe? Day 1 GISEC GLOBAL 2026 has been an inspiring reminder that the future of AI security will not be shaped by technology alone it will be shaped by how we discover, protect, govern and control the data that AI depends on. At Data Dynamics, the conversations with customers, partners and cybersecurity leaders have been incredibly insightful from AI privacy and data management to sovereignty, governance, compliance and the growing need for organizations to know exactly what data their AI can access. A few thoughts from H.E. Dr Mohamed Alkuwaiti,'s opening remarks: Cybersecurity is now a strategic priority extending beyond systems and networks; collaboration, governance, policy, capacity building and partnerships are essential to building a resilient digital future. And that set the stage beautifully for the dialogue between Data Dynamics and the UAE Cyber Security Council - bringing the conversation directly to one of the most critical questions facing organizations today: How do we accelerate AI innovation while maintaining privacy, governance and sovereignty over the data that powers it? The answer starts with visibility. It continues with governance. And ultimately, it comes down to trust and control. More from GISEC 2026 soon… Day 2 is here, come visit us to continue the dialogue. Every AI conversation eventually becomes a security conversation. At GISEC, that's the room we're standing in. At Data Dynamics, our answer starts with one idea: control has to sit at the data — not the model, not the app, not a policy document nobody enforces. Here's what that looks like in practice: DISCOVER → Every dataset gets found before a model or agent ever gets near it. CLASSIFY → Sensitive content gets flagged automatically — no manual tagging. CONTROL ACCESS → Permissions are managed by content, not by folder, and expire on schedule — for people, models and agents alike. STAY SOVEREIGN → Bring your own model; it runs inside your trust boundary. That's the theory. Come and break it. Piyush Mehta Cuong Le Dalia Tawfeek ➤ Bartley Gilbert Himanshu C.
