I literally purchased a subscription from MaxCDN not an hour ago, and I had three issues I needed he...lp with - one pre sales question, and then a technical one, and an after sales question, and I got help literally like within 1-2 minutes of asking. I cannot be happier about the customer service - Nikolas, Bojan and Candy, who helped me out, were courteous, quick, and professional, and of course, they helped me solve my problem within minutes. I have no doubt about MaxCDN's technology, but I entered with a bit of trepidation not knowing if I could trust the customer service (had some bad experiences recently), but within the hour, I have absolute confidence in MaxCDN, and forsee myself continue using their services for the forseeable future in this project, and future ones.
