Linux Mint 22.2, the best OS one could run as a Windows escapee. With a few easy modifications on the themes, and default settings, it looks and works wonderfully. I'm running this on a Macbook Air 2015.
@NellFrizzell Move to Greece if you'd like to have a pharmacy literally every 200 meters. Towns and even villages have pharmacies. In the village I am, 200 people, and we have a pharmacy and a cafe. The nicest thing: you don't need a prescription for most medication.
