Die Telekom Deutschland GmbH stellt alle Änderungen, Funktionen und Verbesserungen der Community bereit.
Lediglich Funktionen, die auf interne Kundensysteme der Telekom Deutschland GmbH zugreifen, werden aus rechtlichen Gründen nicht veröffentlicht.
Ein Quellcode-Paket für die aktuell in Produktion befindliche, angepasste Nextcloud Server-Version von MagentaCLOUD findet

Telekom Deutschland GmbH bietet zusätzlich für einen Zeitraum von mindestens drei Jahren an, Ihnen oder einem Dritten
gegen ein Entgelt, das nicht höher ist als die Kosten für die physische Durchführung der Quellendistribution, eine vollständige
maschinenlesbare Kopie des entsprechenden Quellcodes der Software auf einem Datenaustauschmedium zur Verfügung zu stellen,
die Ihnen zudem unter einer beliebigen Copyleft-Lizenz zur Verfügung gestellt wird (einschliesslich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die
GNU AFFERO GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE, Version 3
