⚽ Mondays hit different at NALA. With World Cup fever taking over, we've turned our Nairobi office hangouts into a bit of a competition. This week: a World Cup–themed egg hunt. Hidden around the office were photos of football legends, a few familiar colleagues, and yes, even our CEO. Whoever tracked down the most walked away with the goodies (and serious bragging rights). This World Cup, we didn't just watch the games, we watched them together. From London to the US, from Accra to Nairobi, our watch parties brought communities into the same room to cheer for home. Different cities, different time zones, one family. Thank you to every customer who showed up, and especially to those who brought a friend, a cousin, or the whole crew. Last Friday's Sarabi took us out of the office and into the kitchen. 👨🍳🇪🇬 Every Friday, our London team sets aside time for Sarabi, one of our favourite office rituals. It's a chance to step away from work, try something new, and spend time together outside our day-to-day. This time, we traded laptops for aprons at an Egyptian cooking class, learning new recipes, sharing plenty of laughs, and (most importantly) enjoying the food we'd made together. The best teams aren't just built in meetings, they're built through shared experiences, curiosity, and moments like these.
