Respect the Hustle, 10th Edition No Founder Walks Alone 👉 What does it really feel like to build a company over decades ....not months? 👉 What happens when ambition meets loneliness, pressure, and the weight of responsibility? 👉 And how do we ensure the businesses shaping Africa’s future don’t break the people building them? We know first-hand how lonely the journey of entrepreneurship can be. So much of #Africa’s current and future #wealth will come from the businesses we build. How do we ensure that no founder walks alone? Join us for this special edition of #RespectTheHustle, featuring Ken Njoroge and Kui Njoroge, partners in #life and #business. ____________________________ Ken Njoroge & Kui Njoroge For over 20 years, Ken and Kui walked the long road of building Cellulant, one of Africa’s pioneering fintech companies. It was a journey marked by bold bets, painful mistakes, hard-earned breakthroughs, and relentless resilience; a journey that gifted them over $9.5 billion worth of lessons in what it truly takes to build and endure. The stories you’ll hear are not theory. They are snapshots of blood, sweat, tears, faith, and persistence; shared with honesty, humility, and purpose. Over the last four years, they have listened to and worked alongside 300+ founders and their teams across tech, non-tech, family businesses, and institutions. Different industries. Different stages. Same themes: loneliness, overwhelm, and the quiet struggle to keep going. Out of those conversations, Komini was born. In this session, expect real conversations, unfiltered lessons, and the kind of stories that stay with you long after the room goes quiet. #Entrepreneurship #FounderJourney #AfricanBuilders #Leadership #RespectTheHustle This is an invite-only setting with limited seating. RSVP in the comments.

#Building on the #continent teaches patience and resilience. Progress shows up in small, steady moments; a team staying late, a system finally working at scale, trust earned one customer at a time. 2025 brought a great depth of pride in the team building and burning the midnight oil. The work was not easy, but the team kept moving. Building to achieve: • 31% avg MoM revenue growth • $53M in transactions being captured and processed • 4.3M transactions • Over 600k consumers engaged • 15k downloads on the tappi consumer app • An Agentic AI designed for payments, shaped by very local realities and nuances These numbers are important progress markers, however not the complete destination. The team has found a certain rhythm of learning, adapting, and focusing on scalable impact that helps #consumers build trusted relationships with their #money, the #people they transact with, and the #businesses they transact with. The opportunity is vast. The work is unfinished. The vision remains. And the desire to build something enduring has only deepened. Inspired by tappi team’s relentless energy to win - lean, but building with #might. #OutOfAfrica
