    chart. Pre . I'm still quite tired. All Covid symptoms are gone but can't shake the tiredness. Still at about 25% energy compared to usual. Will be interesting to look back through these few weeks of charts and see if that is affecting my aggressiveness.

    Our daily mind-frame affects our . An aggressive state will see/take more trades than a timid state. A tired or lazy state may opt to avoid some trades compared to an alert person. Decide what mind-frame works for your trading, and establish it before your trading session

    All the 10% or bigger corrections in the S&P 500 over the last 10 years, along with the ensuing rally percentages. The current drop is about 12%. We are currently in 1 of 3 major bull markets that have occurred since the Great Depression.

    Stocks are nearing a correction. This isn't fun, but it is part of the process sometimes. Here's a list of all the other corrections since 1980. Each felt really bad as well. A year later? Up 25% on avg and higher 90% of the time. Two years out gets ever better.

    I don't hype myself to make money before or during . I want to feel in a neutral state. I focus on on only trading valid patterns. The patterns are the game. Play the correct game, and profits come on their own. No need to think about them.

    Win rate and risk/reward are both important, as they work together to create the profitability of a strategy (along with # of trades). But since most people are already preoccupied with being right, putting more focus on risk/reward would serve them well.
