Each club will have 1 captain and 1 vice-captain; they have to be of different gender.

The suggested size of each club’s traveling roster is 24 athletes (12 men & 12 women), plus 4 substitutes (2 men & 2 women), for a total of 28. The total roster a club may have for 2019 is 32.

The events’ schedule is found later in the document.

Each match day will be split in 3 sessions, which will have 2 breaks in between. Each session has a block of events. The line-ups for each match must be provided to the organization by the teams before 19:00 of the day prior to the start of the match. The teams must confirm the line-ups 90 minutes on the first day of the competition. After that, no changes for session 1 will be allowed. The teams will be allowed to submit changes twice during the day: i) by the 2’ mark into break #1, for sessions 2 & 3, ii) by the 2’ mark into break #2, for session 3.

2 athletes will compete per event per club.

2 relay teams will compete per relay event per club.

Lane assignment for all individual and relay events for the first day of each match will be random and consistent throughout the day:

• Lanes 1 & 2: Team A
• Lanes 3 & 4: Team B
• Lanes 5 & 6: Team C
• Lanes 7 & 8: Team D

On the second day of the competition of each match, lane assignment will be changed and as follows:

• Lanes 1 & 2: Team C
• Lanes 3 & 4: Team D
• Lanes 5 & 6: Team A
• Lanes 7 & 8: Team B

Skin races’ rounds will be conducted every 3’ and the athletes will return behind the blocks after rounds 1 & 2:

The “eliminated” athletes will return to their team’s area. The qualified athletes cannot use the competition pool to cool down. The lanes that the qualified athletes will use will be according to their team’s lane assignment for the day. For example, if a team is using lanes 7 & 8 for the day, then a qualified to the second round athlete of that team will use either lane 5 (if his teammate is qualified, who will use lane 6) or lane 6.

The 4*50 medley mixed relay will only be held if two teams tie in points at the end of the match.

The scoring for each event will be as follows:

Relay races will score double points. Skin races will score as following:

The club scoring at the end of each match will be as follows:

1st place	4 points

The Top 2 US clubs and Top 2 European clubs in standings of club cumulative points after the 6 regular season matches, will advance to the Final Match. If two clubs are tied at the end of the regular season, then the cumulative points of these clubs will be taken into account to determine the qualifying club. In the rare case of two clubs being tied and also having the exact same number of cumulative points throughout season 1, then the two teams will have a swim-off in order to determine the qualifying club, which will be 4*50 medley mixed.

If a swimmer, in any given individual event, is slower than the respective times seen on the table below, then the swimmer will receive -1 point (minus 1) from the actual points his/her place refers to.

If a relay team, in any given relay event, is slower than the respective relay times seen on the table below, then the team will receive -2 points (minus 2) from the actual points the team’s place refers to.

If a swimmer, in any given individual event, does not appear (DNS) for a race, then the swimmer will receive -4 points (minus 4).

If a swimmer, in any given individual event, does not finish (DNF) the race or is disqualified, then the swimmer will receive -2 points (minus 2).

If a relay team, in any given relay event, does not appear (DNS) for a race, then the team will receive -8 points (minus 8).

If a relay team, in any given relay event, does not finish (DNF) the race or is disqualified, then the team will receive -4 points (minus 4).

If a swimmer, in the first round of the 50-freestyle skin race event, does not appear (DNS) for the race, then the swimmer will receive -4 points (minus 4).

If a swimmer, in the second round of the 50-freestyle skin race event, does not appear (DNS) for the race, then the swimmer will receive -8 points (minus 8).

If a swimmer, in the third round of the 50-freestyle skin race event, does not appear (DNS) for the race, then the swimmer will receive -12 points (minus 12).

If a swimmer, in the first round of the 50-freestyle skin race event, does not finish (DNF) the race or is disqualified, then the swimmer will receive -2 points (minus 2).

If a swimmer, in the second round of the 50-freestyle skin race event, does not finish (DNF) the race or is disqualified, then the swimmer will receive -4 points (minus 4).

If a swimmer, in the third round of the 50-freestyle skin race event, does not finish (DNF) the race or is disqualified, then the swimmer will receive -6 points (minus 6).
