Welcome traveller of the internet! You have found CAGEMATCH, the Internet Wrestling Database. We are advertising-free, free-of-charge, independent and just want to provide a great service for wrestling fans around the world.

This is the English version of the site. If you want to switch to the original German version, click on the little flag on the left side of the header. The German version contains quite a bit more content, mostly text-based (news, show reports, wrestling feud summaries), which is just too much to translate into English -- apologies to any non-German speaking inmates, we hope that you still find it worthwhile to browse our content.

Even though we are completely free-of-charge, we do still have a user account system. By registering with the site you gain the ability to:
- participate in our ratings system
- send us suggestions to improve individual database pages (e.g. worker profiles)
- be part of the biggest cage in the world
- view every site as printable version

Also, please excuse any awkward sentences of non-English text that may have slipped through our army of quality testers. We are happy for any suggestions and constructive criticism you may have, just use the contact form (click on Contact in the header menu), send an email to team[at]cagematch.de or click the little icon on any database profile page (only available if you are registered and logged in). Please expect a short delay in our response, we are working on this page in our free time and our families, real-life work and other commitments require attention as well.

Final note about the ratings system: To fulfill our German stereotype, we pride ourselves with being quite efficient and strict in regards to the ratings system. We demand of anyone who wants to use it that he or she reads the rules of the ratings system and follows them closely. We are concerned about the quality of the site and that includes your comments as well, and the community has been well-appreciative of this approach so far. So if you like to discuss wrestling and comment on stuff in the wrestling world in a sophisticated manner, we will be very happy to have you be part of our community. If you want to bitch, misbehave or otherwise be a trolling idiot, you should better move on to another site. Because WE WILL enforce the rules, even if we have to ban you from the ratings system.
