Excited to use Bike Share? Become a Monthly Passholder for unlimited rides up to 45 minutes. It’s as easy as (1) walking up to the bike you want, (2) holding your pass up to the handlebars or using the app to unlock, and (3) going for a ride!

 

Single-Trip

Just looking for an occasional ride? Use the station kiosk or App for the occasional single trip.

 

Go Pass

Do you plan on riding occasionally, but don’t want to register at the kiosk for every trip? The Go Pass is the best of both worlds: A pay-as- you-ride pass without the kiosk hassle. No monthly subscriptions or upfront costs, simply checkout a bike with the Go Pass and pay per-trip.

RIDE

Ride around the City in style.

Time is money.

The first 45 minutes (for Monthly, Go Pass and Single-Trip Pass) or 60 minutes (for Founding Member Pass) of each ride is free, but watch the clock. Rides longer than 45 or 60 minutes are subject to a $2 per 30 minute extended use charge.

RETURN

Return the bike to any Baltimore Bike Share station.

Push the front wheel firmly into an empty dock and wait for the beep and onscreen notification to confirm a successful return.

 

Station full? Don’t sweat, we have you covered

When docking stations are full, you have two options to return your bike:

 

- Touch the kiosk screen to get 15 minutes added to your ride at no charge and find a nearby station with an available dock.

 

- Or contact us at 1-844-97B-MORE (1-844-972-6673) to create a virtual station and return the bike via the secondary lock. Just safely lock the bike next to the station with the secondary lock and wait for the beep and onscreen notification to confirm a successful lock.

Delivery and Timing Policy: Products will be mailed and require a minimum of 10 business days to process. Baltimore Bike Share is not responsible for loss or damage of mail and customer is required to notify in writing if product is not received within 12 business days of initial purchase.

 

Return/Refund Policy: All sales are final. In the event of a discrepancy, please contact Baltimore Bike Share customer service within 30 days for a refund. Refunds may take up to 14 days for processing.

Looking for an occasional trip?

You can ride Baltimore Bike Share without a Monthly or Go Pass, just walk up to any of the 20 payment kiosks and pay for a Single-Trip Pass. The kiosk will dispense a one-time pass to unlock a bike for your trip. Rinse and repeat for every ride.

Baltimore Bike Share reserves a $35.00 per bike pre-authorization hold for the duration of your Single-Trip ride to ensure that the system is used adequately. The pre-authorization release differs depending on your bank. Check with your bank for more details.

Baltimore Bike Share

The City of Baltimore is pleased to introduce Baltimore Bike Share as the City’s newest and most innovative form of public transportation. Launched in 2016, the Baltimore Bike Share system is the largest Pedelec (electric-assist) bicycle fleet in North America and is a leader in active transportation by offering both Pedelec and traditional options for residents and visitors to explore the City. Baltimore Bike Share is available 24/7 and is perfect for errands, commuting, or recreation.

 

The City of Baltimore has partnered with Bewegen Technologies to offer the most fun and easy bike share system available. Marked with a lightning bolt decal, the Pedelec bikes act like a regular bike and don’t have any complicated gears or buttons to learn. Just simply begin pedaling and the bike will provide an extra boost to get you moving and up Baltimore’s hilly terrain – all without breaking a sweat! For those looking for a more traditional ride, Baltimore Bike Share also has standard 8-gear bicycles available at every station. Whether on a Pedelec or standard bike, you can’t help but smile as you ride around the City like never before.

 

Going for a ride is simple – with a dense network of 50 stations and hundreds of bikes, riders can register for a Single-Trip or Monthly Pass on the website, App, or station kiosk and be riding within minutes. Try one out today!
