    I heard the Braves were thinking about getting a cat. My source suggests a calico, but right now, high-level discussions are still ongoing.

    What if the Boston Beaneaters dynasty had continued beyond the 1890's? Think about it. If that team had not been horrendous for much of 20th century outside of 1914 and a few other years, maybe their future moves to Milwaukee and Atlanta wouldn't have happened like they did.

    I missed this earlier. Contreras hasn't exactly been lighting it up, but neither was Austin Riley in 2017 with Florida. And then, he took off with a .900 OPS over the final two months, a big 2018, and I hear he's doing some decent things in 2019.

    Why is it so hard to find announcers for Major League Baseball games who don't seem to hate everything about the game of baseball today? I'm so confused by this. I listen to hundreds of minor league games a year. HUNDREDS. You literally never hear this kind of stuff from them.
