Call of Cthulhu entered the French market early during the dawn of roleplaying, going on-sale even before the release of Dungeons & Dragons. Of our overseas markets, France has embraced Call of Cthulhu most deeply (h'mmm, maybe that should be disturbing!).

Offering Call of Cthulhu in France and in the French-language around the world is Editions Sans-Détour, a publishing house founded in 2008 specifically to publish Call of Cthulhu and its many supplements. They are a highly-creative team and produce beautiful books for the French market, and have expanded the range of games that they offer to the market.
