It is expensive.. But after everything totally worth it! Especially of you go for architecture/design.. Those jobs will pay out better and help elevate debt faster. (If we are going to be rational about the decision)

I feel similarly to this, FoF. I've been told many times that it doesn't matter, though, and I suspect if I lost a lot of weight it wouldn't magically make me a better person.

Honestly, though, I wish I had a more concrete answer. I feel like losing a large amount of weight would probably improve my motivation and make me happier - maybe that, in turn, would make me more desirable. I think a lot of the reason I avoid doing anything is because I don't think I could handle it if I lost a ton of weight and then I was still lonely and miserable. That's the point at which I'd realise the problem was with me and not just how I look, which is what I currently hide behind.
