Stuart Burrows OBE (7 February 1933 – 29 June 2025) was a Welsh operatic tenor. He had the nickname "King of Mozart" for his focus on Mozart operas. He usually performed at the Metropolitan Opera in New York City from 1971 until 1983.
Burrows was born on 7 February 1933 in Cilfynydd, Wales.[1]
Burrows died on 29 June 2025, at the age of 92, after a short illness.[2][3]
