Social value
A different way of doing business
We’re a worker co-operative, meaning we share ownership, make decisions collectively, and reinvest 100% of our profits back into our work and our community. We exist to do good work, sustain our team, and contribute to the communities we’re part of – not to maximise profit.
As a result, social value isn’t just a metric we try to deliver on. It’s a consequence of how we’re structured, and what we choose to invest in and build.
Workspace + events
We run SPACE4, a work, training, and events space in Finsbury Park where we invest back into our local community, democratic business, and social movements
