Big week for me — I launched Navox Agents on Product Hunt today 🚀
8 specialist AI agents for Claude Code that work like a real engineering team. Architect, UX, Security, Full Stack, QA, DevOps — each owns one job, hands a structured brief to the next, human approval at every gate.
Stress-tested it by building a cybersecurity tower defense game I had zero experience building. Three hours later it was deployed on Vercel.

I agreed to give a talk at the content-related meetup in my country! 🙈 I will share my experience adding AI support to our company's documentation processes. This is a big step out of my comfort zone, but I feel I can do it! 💪🏻 The meetup is in June, please keep your fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Small win, but feels like an important one.
Shipped a new post + landing around SEO in 2026 and started testing ideas on my own site instead of just reading about them.
Main shift for me this week: stopped thinking in “topics to write about” and started thinking in “things a user (or model) actually wants to do”.
Still early, not sure if any of this will work — but at least now it feels like I’m learning something real instead of just guessing.
Curious what everyone else is testing right now — feels like a weird moment to build anything))

Launched my first set of DevOps template packs on Gumroad — 7 products covering AWS security hardening, VPC architecture, GitHub Actions CI/CD, Terraform modules, Docker Compose stacks, Nginx configs, and Lambda patterns. Also wrote a deep-dive on the process: How I Packaged 130 Hours of AWS Infrastructure Into Reusable Templates. First time turning internal tooling into products. No sales yet but the Reddit and dev.to feedback has been solid.

My biggest win this week: I finally took the plunge and published my first-ever article on DEV!
It's the first part of a series on setting up secure remote server monitoring using VPN sidecars in Docker. It took some effort to structure my infrastructure experience into a post, but I'm feeling pretty proud of getting it out there.
If anyone is into DevOps, Docker networking, or home labs, I'd love to hear your feedback.

Big win this week:
Saw one of my posts randomly pick up again a few days later, didn’t expect that at all.
Been running into some weird production behavior where everything looks fine at low volume, then starts acting different once traffic goes up.
Same requests, same setup, but different outcomes.
Starting to realize the hard part isn’t sending messages, it’s everything that happens after.
Feels like I’m finally seeing what’s actually going on behind the API instead of just trusting it.
Curious what kind of stuff has broken for others once things hit scale.
I'm curious about how my app will function once things scale!
I know enough to expect anything 😭😂🤣

Finished the iOS porting of marketgeist.com which is a tool that helps Solopreneurs and Small Business to do Market Research and find the right niche to sell their products.
But lets see what the review team has to say 😅
Finally got my side project's MCP server working end-to-end this week. Spent way too long debugging why tool calls were silently failing - turned out I was returning the wrong content type in the response. One of those bugs where you stare at it for hours and the fix is literally one line. Also started contributing to a couple open source repos which felt good after months of just consuming.
Me and my daughters just went to the Rapunzel ballet.
As for my win, a big step for humanity, a small step for Dennis: released version 0.8.1 of this codemod tool, and also launched the web site along with it. Dennis The Forge lives!
