To the wikipedia engineer: Chinese chars are simple double 0x80 - 0xff code (e.g. "0xb1 0xb2 0xbf 0xA8" is two chinese words). Maybe some changes need to be done to the wikipedia source code to support such wiki link. -- Xudong Guan (guan-xd@cs.sjtu.edu.cn)
